At The Beauty & Holistic Academy, we work hard to improve education and opportunities in the health and beauty sector. We offer numerous, intensive and fast track courses, from 1 to 12 days’ duration, all at affordable prices.
We are situated in a purpose built training room in Edge Hill, Wavertree, Liverpool 7.
We also now offer Online Courses working with Online Learning Portal to deliver these.
The Beauty & Holistic Academy has been established in Liverpool for over 23 years, so is a long standing successful private beauty training school, with tutors that have over 25 years experience in the industry. We concentrate on intensive training only , so don’t sell or endorse any particular beauty products.
We can arrange dates to suit your needs and also offer occasional weekend dates. Our classes are small with only 2 students per course so you get close observation from your tutor though-out the course, and close guidance to help you succeed.
Our Certificates are In-House only certificates that are mainly suited to those wanting to work self employed in the beauty business, doing mobile, renting a room/bed, or owning own salon.

Our head office is based at Rodney Street, Liverpool in the heart of the city centre. The surrounding area has an abundance of history and culture and this quarter of Liverpool is a really pleasant environment in which to study and work. Rodney Street is particularly noted for its Georgian architecture and is known as the “Harley Street of the North” due the number of medical practitioners here. It lies within a conservation area and there are over 60 Grade II listed buildings on the street.
Our Liverpool venue is the ideal location for your training courses and has excellent facilities. We also have selected training venues where we run our courses in Blackpool, Chorley, Ormskirk, Warrington and Wigan (Northwest of England).

Ok, let’s be realistic. Unless you’re a superstar, no-one can afford a makeover every day. However, this doesn’t mean you can’t glam yourself up to a professional standard whenever you want!
Here at Huze Makeovers, we offer a 2-hour lesson in makeup application, including skincare advice, different methods of application, a face chart to take away with you so you can match colours at home, and we even encourage you to bring along your current makeup range so we can show you how to get the best out of them.
By the time you leave us, you’ll be able to apply makeup to yourself that will impress your friends and families so much, they’ll think you have a personal make up artist!
