Monday: 5pm Kids Ju Jitsu. 6.30pm ‘Women Only’ Studio Boxing. 8-9pm ‘Women Only’ Weight Training
Tuesday: 6.30am ‘Women Only’ Studio Boxing 5pm Kids studio Boxing. 6.15pm ‘Women Only’ Kickboxing. 7.40pm ‘Women Only’ Weight Training
Wednesday: 5pm Kids Ju Jitsu. 6.30pm ‘Women Only’ Studio Boxing. 7.40pm ‘Women Only’ Studio Boxing
Thursday: 6.30am ‘Women Only’ Studio Boxing. 6-9pm ‘Women Only’ Weight Training Sessions
Friday: 5-6.15pm Kids Ju Jitsu
Saturday: 9am Kids studio Boxing. 10am ‘Women Only’ Studio Boxing
